Florida Real Estate Interest???

Per your PM, would you have any seasonal rental listings? I know its a bit early but just wanted an idea.

Jan/Feb 04. 2 Br condo, open water views. around $4k a month.
You know these would be fully furnished places, with linens, phone, cable TV etc

We looked last year in South Beach, were told most places in south beach with water views go for > 5k. Maybe little bit up the coast is cheaper? Boca would be good for a married guy like me, don't want to get in trouble in Ft. Lauderdale area !

Believe me I know about being married and going near South Beach. But this whole area is alive with beauties. To be young and single here is WOW...

Off-topic:

Since SE Fl is being discussed, any recommendations for good restaurants in the Delray Beach/Boca area? I' ll be visiting my condo in July and don't know the area that well.
