I thought maybe I pissed you off or something. Nice posting of the sun sentinal piece. I happen to agree with the article. I have been watching the subtle changes since I'm involved with the buying and selling of the RE.

Listen it's like a stock. The buyers run it up. Then distribution
takes place. Then it backs and fills. Where is support?
Stablizes and if it's a higher low we may try to move up again.

We could see it by our listings and sales. The slowdown started last month. Now we will see if it's all hot air or steady growth.

There is a place that I like and less expensive then the one that Max401 gave you. It is called Carson's. THe place is on US 1
in Boca which is about 6 miles from Delray Beach. I can never remember if a cross street is Glades or Yamato?? But the place has good baby back ribs about $20 bucks for a rack. I get a nice BBQ steak for $24. They also have chicken and pork chops etc..
Try the portabello mushroom as an appetizer.

I'm getting hungry thinking of the food....:) :)
