Florida high school under lockdown after reports of shooter, victims, police say

Here's what we're witnessing. Another set of lunatics in the making.

Followers and paying members of an organization are not the same thing.

The NRA has far less followers then the anti-guns movement. And the anti-guns movement started only 2 weeks ago.
There can be 1000 times more supporters then only the followers. There are more manifestations against guns then pro guns.

The Republicans have enjoyed pro-second amendment poltical gains thus far. Just ask former U.S. Democratic President Bill Clinton.

The Russian-controlled narrative in much of the U.S. media does seems to be having some effect on public opinion on gun law legislation, however.

This narrative is also likely to increase NRA membership and the purchase of guns as well.

“You are NOT standing up for these students.” – Sheriff Israel to @NRA spokeswoman.

Hey, the Broward Country Sheriff did they best he could: He went on TV and shouted at Dana Loesch. https://t.co/xl27K4mWmS

Via CNN. So Israel knew full well that his deputies stood by and did NOTHING while he was blaming @dloesch and the @NRA for his own office’s failures. pic.twitter.com/aX57S5W93a

I can’t believe that @DLoesch and the @NRA refused to let those four @browardsheriff deputies stop the school shooting. https://t.co/11fsmhjxSS

You remind me of the Florida guy who shot up the crowd in Las Vegas. Similar kind of guy, loved his guns. In the wrong circumstances, who really knows what you are capable of or what kind of violence you might encourage. What we do know is if you are armed you are more likely to kill someone and if you own some of these war ready guns you are more likely to kill many people.

Every time some guy loses it and shoots up a lot of innocent people, especially kids, it gets harder to care at all what you think about guns. US society is coming to that conclusion slowly but surely. Your work place refuses to let you bring in your guns to your work; maybe you should think carefully why that is the case, and that any amount of training or implied self supposed restraint isn't going to change their policy.

Another Canadian with an obsession over US policy.

Let's hope you never go into psychiatry.
