Bush was President for 8 years during the gestation and birth of N Korea's nuclear weapons program and Trump was President for 6 months before N Korea had an ICBM.

No,Bush is mostly to blame.If the US was going to act it had to be done when NK actually started making nukes or shortly after.There is no justification to attack NK if they were not actively making nukes (prior to 2002) and once they had nukes and could hit South Korea and our troops in S Korea with them (2006 ) it was a totally different ball game.



IMO there is no justification for attacking NK at all unless they attack The US

N Korea has been testing missiles since 1984.You also seem to rank missiles as the biggest problem when nukes are the biggest problem.

Remember that North Korea is still at war with both the U.S. and South Korea. They never signed a treaty to cease hostilities.
