When we forced out O'Neill (thanks for the assist Bono) Brown started saying shit like if he wasn't the new Treasury secretary he'd spill the beans. Further, FDR instituted all 8 recommendations in the McCollum memo that outlined a plan to provoke the Japanese to attack America prior to Pearl harbor. After the 8th recommendation was instituted, the Japenese attacked. Of course, theres lots more.
