If the guy was a potato at his best before the stroke, then having a stroke does not relieve him of that status.
Same with someone like Kamala Harris. Complete potato head. If she has a stroke tomorrow everyone will argue that we are picking on someone disabled person. Nope. She is a potato head at her best. No stroke needed.
