You complained the article(s) was deceptive. I have provided you the reports from the federal government with the raw data including the yearly report from under the Obama administration in 2011.

It is hard to argue with the facts. Illegal immigrants represent approx 3.5% of the population in the U.S.; in federal prisons they are over-represented by over 2x for non-immigration offenses. In state prison they are over-represented by over 3x for non-immigration offenses.

You can argue over the reasons for this. You cannot dispute the facts.
