So what you're implying is that you want a president with dictatorial powers. What ever happened to the gushing over the founding fathers' genius about the Constitution and the three branches of government? Checks and balances not so convenient anymore? Why even bother with having a president, or congress for that matter? Screw these elections too. Let's just have these no name, unelected, nobody knows who the hell they are judges run the country. Can't go wrong with that.
You lying liberal foreigner, I never said oppressed, that is your left wing communist word. I said minority, and not minority the way your worthless shallow side interprets minority based on some pinko college hopeless socialist ideal which starts with the assumption that because I am a white male I have no rights. Minority in that a few of us know what you and your kind are trying to give away to other worthless oxygen wasters which actually belongs to me. Give away your own shit and leave my shit alone. What is it it with you leftest thieves?
no, I just wasn't stoned yet, I wake up very angry. That's why it is good I am not God because I would kill all of them the first hour. You should have been educated in America before the Department of Education. They taught us how important these little things are to our freedom. Those liberal judges are giving it all away and it's not theirs to give. And they are taking it from me. Very simple, if you don't like it vote in a president who will repeal it. That's what we did. And I don't have any problem taking this to court, I just have a problem with the judges stupid ass reasoning. You should take some deep breaths. You sound like you are hyperventilating.
Current law explicitly states that the president has the sole authority to restrict and/or prohibit immigration. Period. There really isn't anything to interpret. Now one may think, and you could include me in that, this law gives the president too much power. In that case there are methods to remove or change that law. Congress can debate it and vote. Congress has the authority to write new law, not the court. This is very straight-forward and easy to understand. What you're implying is that system should be by-passed if some judge thinks the president is rude and has a big mouth. Now if congress passing a law stating that a president has the authority to restrict immigration, unless that president says mean things which hurts someone's feelings, then that judge would then have the power to override the ruling. What you're also implying is that all of us should just be able to pick and chose which laws we'll obey, and which ones we won't. The word for that is anarchy. Can't imagine what goes wrong under those circumstances. Bottom line, congress writes the laws, not some obscure judge or group of judges. So what you're implying is that you want a president with dictatorial powers. Have you considered rubberized bed sheets?I wake up very angry.
