The courts help interpret the "common sense" application of the law and the constitution. You might disagree with the court because these become areas of philosophy and opinion.
This is going to the Supreme Court and I will probably disagree with their verdict.
I'm the citizen. Who speaks for me? Where is my voice in government? I have an expectation of the government to uphold the laws the dumbass politicians pass if it is constitutional. It's either constitutional or it's not and that is decided by the court. Please inform me what is it about this executive order that is unconstitutional? You better take a look at the long history of Presidential Executive Orders that banned travel and visas to the U.S. - Let's start with President Obama's 6 month visa ban from Iraq in 2011.

The court's opinion that by having a "Muslim ban" they violated the first amendment. If they banned people from Sudan because they are Sudanese, this would have been okay since nationality isn't a right. The order says Sudanese but the courts are saying it's really just a way to blocking Muslims because Trump said the order was really to block Muslims.
That's the debate. And it will fall on ideology. I'm sure most of us here will change our opinion on the outcome if the situation involved an order issued by Barack Obama.
