Zuckerberg didnt seem as happy as you are to see that little episode getting that much publicity- regardless of what the legal arguments are.
He will have to react "proactively" to make it go away. Or he can take your recommended route and just argue that he has a right to ban black women who disagree with him. For some reason, he did not think that argument was a winner.

You still don't seem to be able to provide a single argument why FB cannot moderate nor boot off users in whatever way it pleases.
I dunno. Maybe if they are elected Congress will refuse to seat them or give them security clearances. You know, when you are so dangerous that you are not even allowed to have a facebook or youtube account that has to be taken seriously.
No. I said that Zuckerman should go ahead and make the argument that he can and I am willing to watch it play out. Guess he didnt want to go down that road the way you do. Of course you are not the one who has to write the checks when things go wrong.
You already have numerous class actions shaping up on the privacy issue, so go ahead and argue that its your company and we can ban black women who are not Silicon Valley lefties. Yeh. that's winner and will help to tamp down outrage against Facebook. Or not.
Maybe Zuckerberg wants to dig in on the legal issues to stand on principles and his right to exclude Diamond and Silk. Didn't sound that way when he said:

Every conservative leaning page on Facebook endures "enforcement errors".
Maybe they can use that as a justification for discriminating against Diamond and Silk. ie. they did not single them out, they just exclude all conservative sites. sort of the Lois Lerner Defense.
