How long will they support 38.00? Only on IPO day?
Is it given that the underwriter supports the price at IPO price on IPO day?

Why wasn't BATS supported, in the other example that was shown?

I think they will support the stock couple more days/weeks if necessary. My bet is the stock will trade up from here before it will later be dumped, the timing can only be anyone's guess...
