the whole key to fb was this

everyone who saw zuck, was empowered under the notion that they could not look as goofy as he does, thus 100's of millions posted their lives and pictures for all to see.

knowing that you wouldn't be the goofiest looking sap on the site was a huge incentive.

With nothing but negative views about Facebook and it's IPO (both on ET and the news) my guess is that $38.00 will be a low for FB. I think they will put out a Facebook Phone. Probably looking at $80.00 by year end for FB.
