Quote from jem:
you are a zealout.
I was giving examples of the difference between faith and fact. that is not proselytizing and a completely called for response... once your atheist buddy took the thread off target. the ad hom morphing came from an atheist, not me, making you the liar.
Note... the fanciful atheist demands proof the metaphysical... to admit there might be a God.
But thinks a digital copy found on the internet... counts as proof of natural born citizenship...
even though the president has not said it is his and its accurate
it is not the best document
it is not an original (which could be had from the source)
and the U.S. supreme court has not stated the definition of natural born citizen.
stu you have compromised your intellect to such a degree you are no longer worthy of response.
You weren't asked to give examples of faith and fact.
The point being made was that you will blindly accept one thing with no evidence, no proof whatsoever, then reject another as a birther, that has proof, has bona fide legal evidence in the form of an official state certified birth certificate.
You are rejecting all of the hard evidence which is all that is required, turning your birther ideas into acts of faith,. possibly praying the Constitution gets changed.
From your post that started to morph the thread.....
" If I told you in the HI records dept was a bible and that in the bible it said the date of Jesus' birth and where he was born would you believe me or would you ask to see it?
1. I have faith in God.
2. The amazing fine tunings in the universe are evidence of design "
The "bible" has been seen. The HI record is in the public domain. Now your saying the bible is no good because it's not the original bible.
Any bible whether it is called short form , or original first of firsts form, whatever, is never going to convince a birther, who in the face of all the evidence whatever it may be, will remain the conspiracist they want to be.
Then you start with that intelligent design bullshit. There's the morph kicking in.... large.
Faith in conspiracies is like faith in God. You'll always find some dumb excuse to keep believing in them.
