As shown by your own article, coal exports are just a portion of the U.S. coal market. The bulk of U.S. coal is used for domestic electricity generation. The electricity generation from coal is still 32% of the market.
good question... and how much hotter would the earth be if co2 was not a coolant and the earth did not have negative feedbacks.
