The exchange requirements are:
DAX: 11250 EUR
ESTX50: 3750

Firms can charge lower amounts for day trading (IB charges 50% of initial).

And taxes in Holland for our business are prety good.

In Holland (europe) i am not that sure but in st maarten ( netherland antillean) outside europe it is better than good : ZERO taxes on capital gains made outside the country

In Holland I believe it is also the same. Although France and Germany are trying to get that changed.
