European traders, Roll Call !!!

Well Jack, I believe you must be looking at the wrong STOXX50 contract. Total volume today in the DJ Euro STOXX 50, DEC02 futures contract trading at DTB is 613531. More than twice as many as the nq today.

Euro BUND (10yr) 1128943 contracts today! Euro BOBL 694387 and the Euro SCHATZ 604324.

The CAC40 has 134659 contracts today - not bad?

1contract - yes the spreads in these futures are absolutely not allways 1 tick like in nq. So it requires caution - good entries are crucial!

Funnily enough I met more Americans there than anywhere else I have been in "mainland Europe"!

By the way I am just starting to trade US stocks based in the UK on a retail basis (although I have studied for the series 7).
I have traded mostly futures for the past few years.

I was in Prauge 2 weeks before it got floded, thats after 13 years of being in the states, and i must say, i was so damn confused- people were talking czech slovak and english, it was like i was in a universal country no matter who talked to me i understood. That city is plainly put - amazing!!!
 
I trade several thousand Eurex contracts per day. From North Shore Chicago 'burbs. Eurex is awesome.

Hey Guys!!

We don't have to look over the atlantic anymore to trade the biggest derivative exchange in the world.

EUREX is the biggest. Even if US combine their 3 exchanges they are still number 2!

Why trade the US markets anymore, the 'big money' knows that it is in Europe the development of the future is going to be.

Did I mention that the EURO is stronger then the Dollar?
