Just look at Hawaii being snarky about tourists visting their island. We don't want tourists here. And the tourists decided not to come. Now, with high unemployment, help us we need to be bailed out. Nobody has any jobs. LOLOLOLOLOL

Here you go with emotions again. It doesn't matter if people are happy or not when it's an actual health concern. Do you think people are happy to be in quarantine? Am I? Hell no. And so what...?
Your happiness isn't paramount.

Also, while American tourists are an important source of revenue. They are not essential for Italy or Spain or Greece to survive.

Why are you approaching this with emotion and politics when it's a health issue?
