cud be cuz they couldn't find anyone in iraq to steal their id that were involved in the airline biz, pilots, trainees, etc. given the close relationship with the saudis as well it might have been easier to get hold of those id's, innit.

So according to this reasoning, they put this whole thing together to point the finger at Iraq, yet cant get any Iraqis or at least in their infintie power cant get anybody to froge good Iraqi ctizenship papers...this makes absolutly zero sense.

usa got an embassy in saudi arabia, but not in iraq; apparently the cia forged some id there before the attcks and those in charge also complained about it and tried to stop it at no avail. this is a fact...cant say for sure if this is related to 9/11 but sure smell sour.
