An excellent suggestion. I'd love to only use esignal's excellent datafeed withother charting apps.

I downloaded 7.3 and gave it a test ride. The fib tools are an improvement over 7.2.
However, I still find that Qcharts implements these tools in an easiser to use. It'd be great if Esignal could implement these tools similar to how Qcharts does it.
It'd be nice if eSignal could provide the follwoing enhancements to the Fib tools.
1. Anchor lines are drawn between the two points.
2. The retracement and extension lines are drawn from the rightmost anchor point. There's no need for the retracement and extenstion lines to be drawn between the anchor points.
3. Be able to configure every attribute of the drawn object, such as color, line width, alignment, font size, font color, etc.
4. It'd be nice if we could right click on a single retracement or extension to quickly remove it, or to change it attributes, rather than pull up the objects properties box.
5. If the anchor line is downward sloping to the right, have the rightmost anchor point be considered the 0% level, and the left most anchor point be the 100% level. Vice versa if the anchor line is upward sloping to the right.
Other features that I would find desirable in eSignal:
A. Shift-right click on a chart enters an alert for at the current cursor price.
B. When drawing a ray, I'd like to just double click and have the ray drawn horizontally and extend to the right. Currently it extends to the left.
C. I'd like to hold down the shift key when drawing a segment, ray or extended line to make it either horizontal or vertical.
Thes features would make eSignal much easier to use, in my opinion.

Thank you for the excellent feedback. I'll pass this along to our Product Development Team for consideration. Being a former employee of Quote.com, I know exactly the features in QCharts that you are referring to. Since we are expecting a release date of July 1st for eSignal 7.4, I'm doubtful we can get these squeezed into this version (still would need to code it, then test it), however I hope that these can be included with the 8.x series (~Q4).

Since I use TS2000i I have to keep the Global Server running all the time as I create my own historical data files. As such, all of my symbols must be connected at all times, limiting me to 100 symbols...FOREVER. I think it is dumb to pay extra for another 100 when no one else charges for that. Maybe I am petty, but its the principal of it, not the amount.
I continue to use Esignal since they interface so easily with TS2000i. If not for this I would try Qcharts again. They just don't work as easily with TS as Esignal does.
End the symbol limits and give a few years of intraday historical data and you would have a very happy customer.

This is really a two-parter, so I will answer each individually.
1) Historical Intraday Data -- We are working on increasing this to having 2 years of historical intraday data. Beginning in July, we will have 5 months of historical data available, and from that point onwards the amount available will be building to the max. of 2 years.
2) Symbol Limit -- Having symbol limits allows us to correctly model and predict the amount of maximum usage any one client can place on our servers. If there are no limits, then the potential exists that one user can overload a server at any given time. In order to provide the most reliable service to all of our subscribers, we believe a symbol limit is necessary.
One thing to note is our statistics show that the majority of our users (~80%) use 50-100 symbols at any given time. Please also know that over the last few years we have been working to offer more options to clients who wish to increase their symbol limits by offering tiered add-on services.

Since I don't use your charts, only your datafeed, why is it now allowed for me to pay the extra 25 bucks for a new region, and the 8 or 9 buck Eurex fee, and get the Basic equities package for your $69 + the $34 extra for the eurex region data? Right now I am paying 160 something for this exact data the way your packages are set up.
