Esignal ain't what it's cracked up to be

Jay,

Can you elaborate on how the ES #F continuous futures contract is calculated?

Does it simply switch to the next contract on the rollover date?

Thanks.

to anyone from E-Signal:

You take away the toll free # and encourage us to use E-mail-- I sent 2 E-mails to "Michael" Thursday morning and they are still unanswered. Is this normal turnaround for E-Signal?

That is not a normal turnaround time when using email forms, but since this was a direct email to Michael, it may be delayed due to vacation or sick leave. For the fastest email response, I would suggest using our email form.

To serve all of our clients needs, here are our suggestions for support...

- Urgent issues should be directed to LiveRep or our phone support (510-264-1700).
- For less urgent issues, our email form would be best.
- Review our System Status page for a list of current issues affecting eSignal.
- Review Announcements page for any network, exchange or service notifications.

We have not yet expanded the intraday data. We are currently thinking about putting that in a 7.5 release for August.

Sales people at Esig were promising this Q1 2003 last year!!

Jay, I used the LiveRep for the first time today with my problem, and it worked well. For those who have never used it it can be found by clicking the Customer Support Tab at the top of your Esignal window, then clicking LiveRep. Once you have finished conversing, click the Window tab at the top of your Esignal and click which ever chart you wish to return to. Jump in here Jay If I got any of that wrong.

Is there not some way to have a lower cost subscription for users who do not wish to make use of your charting software
