short 42.75, covered 42.25

no more trades have traded heavily before RTH session....its going to cloud my judgement....taking a long break here unless something extremely attractive sets up

why don't you just wait for something attractive instead? it will probably save you money in the long term

The day went from bear to bull, and might go back to bear. I'm being conservative and doing one tick trades! (Averaging 4 a minute)

I saw it end yesterday at around 1272. I then went to sleep. Woke up to find it around 1265. Thought , just a retracement. About a hour later I check and find i've been stopped out and now short!! Apparently, margins have been raised on Italian bonds (the yield is well over 7% now on these).

I think this was over the weekend.

I was long at 1255 yesterday, went to 1275, didn't exit, was just stopped out on the spike down at 1251 (yeah right at the low) .

I think i have done this about 5 times now, profits of 20 handles, and all vanished.

Someone HELP!!

Vis, keep in mind that ES backfills way more than CL.

You may want to break down your trades in legs - and base those legs on a multiple/fraction of x' and ETH/RTH daily ATR.

Very impressed with your entries, though. Go get'em profits!

no worries at all. mis-reading is not that uncommon with markets moving. cheers

I'm not convinced yet this will be a solid down trend day ... market stats indicate this as you show P, but break down is not really solid... bears have not exactly run away with it yet IMO.

The contrarian in me looks at the 5m bar closing 10:40 as a sign of strength but not ready to join the bulls just yet :D
