Do you guys do this for the entire 7 hours of market hours? I get at most, 5 hours of trading time, it gets too numbing after! Getting ready to get on the super bike.

I had a buy limit @ 48. But no fill, no trade. I`m very interested in playing the short side as I think we are bound to retrace this last run up sooner or later, but not sure when :eek:
 
I'm generally done in 1.5 hours after open

If we will not turn down here I see another 30 point upside before any significantl retracement (more than price channel width). However top of channel is close, shorts look tradeable even if we continue to upside. Upside breaks of upchannel are very rare.
Danger is that we will stay here "glued" to the top.

It is not healthy to do 7 hours / day. I guess it all depends on your time frame and tolerance for risk.

I personally trade some, hold some based on longer term trends.
