And what's wrong with charging? He might start a weekly newsletter, market it and potential is there to earn a lot of money, have you guys not heard of residual incomes? Why say no to a potential money making scheme if you are good and offer a valuable service to public? I don't see any scam there. Diversify and multiply. John12 probably lives in North Korea :)
 
i've seen Apex make many live calls on this thread. he's shared some of his methods here as well.. if you happened to pay attention. i always look fwd to any tips he happens to share.
so flame away John.. but there are a few on ET that help others. and, if Apex ends up starting a pay service, who cares?
he'll probably do well...
 
hmmm...the problem is, if he starts to charge, then folks could argue that he only ever shared anything to begin with not from an altruistic desire to help, but instead just to drum up business for his enterprise.
 
I know it doesn't need to be said since everyone who follows this thread regularly already knows it, but Apex is the real deal and not trying to sell anybody anything- the thought of this that people are bringing up is ridiculous. He makes videos in addition to making live calls in this thread so that he could more closely share his analysis and people go nuts... redic...

He's offered me tips and advice on many occasions and never asked for anything in return. I think most of us here are just trying to learn and share little bits of info... it breaks up the solitude of trading. :)
 
I'm looking to get a short on in either ES or NQ tomorrow... both are over-extended and approaching significant resistance levels while showing divergence. I hope we get one last push up, which would play out beautifully, but nothings guaranteed.

Here is the zone I'm looking at on the NQ - 2169 - 2173. Most likely the top of the zone since this move over the past week has so much momentum.

agree with short bias b/c of divergence, resistance, and seasonal factors. however... i'm second guessing myself and wondering if i'm biased b/c it's what i WANT to happen. i want a big, fat, juicy drop.
 
and SPX... similar size moves in both SPX and NDX would get them in the crux of resistance. The area for the SPX is a little wider so I'll probably just be watching that for confirmation on the NDX trade.

LOL! If he is a lousy trader, and starts charging, no one will subscribe or pay. He will only be able to charge if he successfully provides signals that make money for people. What would the problem be with that??? Sounds like capitalism to me.

LOL! That would be a bitter pill to swallow in a capitalistic society, wouldn't it? Last I looked, there was no requirement for "altruism" at this site, or anywhere else for that matter. Either way, he will only be able to charge if he is good at it.
