Nice to hear from you, where've you been?

Busy with holidays etc. Haven't been doing much tradingwise except placing trailing stops every day etc. ------ I was stopped out of my ES short, my Yen and Notes longs a while back and only have long March Coffee going right now. Can't claim my exits since they were not posted real time. Looking to reenter Yen and Notes from the long side and ES from the short side. :)

PPT trying to work a floor here....i`m with them from 69.50 with stop 2 tics below LOD......i`ll be swing trading 10/20/30 handle swings into the new year with 5 pt stops & heavy bias short side after new year.

market a very critical juncture here & i don`t believe that the powers that be will let it paint red into Xmas too severly.

I'm trading for a breakdown here. Sell lower and buy back lower. If I am wrong , I will be out with minimal loss as you can see with the tight stop I have on. I would mention that the Xmas rally has been somewhat muted this year and may not be able to be counted on-- In any event, position sizing is number one on my list of trading rules. :)

Just to confirm, you sold the current LOD and your stop is 9 points above that. Is that considered a tight stop for you?

Yes, A very tight stop. I keep position sizing as a very high priority. :)

Looks like I might be wrong on this one. :)

If stopped out, I will look to trade the next intraday breakdown possibility. If I don't post it in realtime, then I won't claim it. This is what I am looking to trade though. --Breakdowns.

& you are very good at what you do,my friend........as quality of life is a big issue i`ve been dealing with lately......as you seem to have it solved.

i`m with you all the way on the breakdown.....BIG breakdown that will send heads rolling.......i just don`t see it yet as i`m looking for another fake move north on the weekly first.

took friday off to attend some hockey games so missed my posted sell in the mid 90` dec contract.......while waiting at the elevator doors in the hotel, i saw the s&p down 20.....kicking myself for covering my thursday night short just because i was`nt going to be able to monitor it & did`nt want it on my mind interfering with pleasure.......another quality of life issue.
