Out 1/2 at 1433.00 for +6.75. Holding other 1/2 short from 1437.50.
Stopped out at 1436.00 for +1.5. :(

This decline is looking tired. Needs a pause to refresh. I'm thinking it might retrace to 1440 before resuming. That would be both a 50% retracement and coincident with resistance.

I hope we can push it up to 38. Anything near 40 is a definite sell. :)

Now closed short and flipped to long @ 3425
Washed out at 3425

*edit*
There's no worst feeling than to see the market take off after you're stopped out!

But then again, maybe not

the market is not meeting upside intraday tic goals... means...sellside pressure is too great..

it has more then ample opportunity to move up here... but its choosing not to.

Long @ 3550
Feels to me like you're committing one of my favorite sins on days like this: overtrading. It takes iron will to sit on the sidelines patiently waiting for that perfect setup. Apex is the master at this; I still succumb to my destructive urges to jump in.

For the past 45 minutes, ES has been in a "chop formation" that might be okay for a scalper but is pretty useless for hitting doubles and homeruns. I'm sitting on my hands.

That might well be, but the fact is that we ain't moving any lower.

yep pretty much sitting on my hands... only had one short today on the es so far and a couple on the er2....

This is what I am looking for if I could tell the market what to do :)
