That was the low of the day, it probably did not fill any buys, only sells.

Your right, im not going to even try scalping the ES anymore, my profitable trades come from longer positions.
 
If you believe in a move, you should buy at market and not miss out because of the bid/ask difference. You can miss alot of good moves because of this.

Thats the same with any of the futures, YM etc, it has to go onto the ask before you can buy it.

I get filled on any other future market on the extreme tick all the time... never on the ES. There is some stuff going on with the es....

earlier in the session you said you were looking to short ES

"...looking to get short 1546.25 with a 3 tick stop on a bounce to retest the lows and move lower..."

Is that still the case or have other conditions unfolded, I ask because your comment about the YM are bullish
