As long as you can recognize (in reasonable terms) when the plan is wrong, I would agree, follow the plan.

Last trade o da day... L YM @13521, stop @13509. Will trail up into close if given the opp. Flat no later than 4:14 EST, either way.

Stopped @513 @15:57. -9 NET.

It's really interesting to me, that my eod trades give me an expected scalp opp, but consistently fail to be held. EOD trades I post are entered with expectation to be held for longer than 3m! LOL

I didn't have as good of a day... I was in sync but timing just a little too prudent to enter trades that would have been good. Theres always tomorrow.

This is why I always do what my trading plan says.... lol Nice trading today now 6.5 points in the money with 1 tick of heat and counting... remember profit 1 is 30pts :)

If thats not freight train trading I dont know what is....
 
As mentioned before, on a day like this, MP practitioners would be looking for a "selling tail". This allows the folks to offload inventory.

The attached chart shows the rollover of the $ADD and the confirmation I would be looking for at 12:25 PST.

Edit;

By the way, a selling tail is also a sign of pending movement. Although I am not short presently, depending on the Dax open I may get short in the overnight market to take advantage of a possible gap open tomorrow.

Gee, I hope I have enough MARGIN to hold the position.:)
