Thanks, yes i had TS before for charts, never coded before.
Concerning ES vs ER2...........Ok, if that works for you fine. I just fail to see where any problems arise in getting fills in ES. The spread is still almost always a 1/4 even on big orders from what i see. The volume numbers also confirm that.
Look at it this way, ER2 trades in 10th and ES in qtrs. Ok, a handle in ER2 = $100 and a handle in ES = $50.00 All well and good, you can save on business costs with lower commish. BUT, not all limit orders will be filled at a single tick spread in ER2. chances are a one tick spread will be almost constant with the ES, Correct? So you are really gonna get nailed now and then in ER@ from getting filled, especially if you throw in an exit mkt order . you have felt that pain now and then for sure. I suggest to stick to the knitting and do ES.
It is easier to follow ones ideas, entry & exit when all are on the same page. Make it easier on all of us to understand your own well thought out ideas by using the ES in a ES journal.
Lets get same nice runs today.
