Post your trades here in realtime and we'll help you evaluate them. Also please list the commission that you pay per contract as a value of points in ES.

I would add, perhaps a good idea would be to provide reasoning for an entry and where the stop level is. Otherwise, you are in for a shock once you start trading real money.

commission = $2.50 per trade so $5.00 per round turn.

i will try to use short and long term charts. i know that you don't advocate intraday trades, but i need to get the practice in. if i only use daily charts i will have to wait too long before a grail shows up.

one problem is that i can't display a 24/7 chart. i have another chart in tradestation that needs to use RTH only. tradestation won't allow one ES chart using RTH and another using 24/7. this probably means i need to wait until later in the day before i can trust the signal? for example, right now i see a long grail on 5 min using RTH charts. i am ignoring it because not enough time has passed yet.

Edited.

yeah one thing i'm worried about is that when i have real money on the line, i won't be able to be as objective when looking at the charts. when i do start with real money thought i will start small enough that i won't "care" that much about the pnl. then build up from there.
