If the swing low of 28 holds, then the rule of 10 suggests a target of around 38, which is right at the pivot and, as others have noted, a key resistance area.
 
feeling a bit bully down here for a move to 41./43.......

i agree with SS on bulls needing to hold 28.....scalping long all day down here but that`ll change if 28 breaks
