lot of people are long, ...those people have to washout before insti's start bidding it back up.
large moneyflows trigger price cascades in the market entraining small money flows(retails investors), the large moneyflows objective is to create oscillations in price wide enough to trigger stops of the small moneyflows since the small moneyflows lagg the price vector(stubborn/leverage/small stops).
its basically stealing money from small moneyflows, it happens a lot in AH trading, where the price just spikes in 30 seconds 9 points.
a rapid decline to 1525 and rapid spike back up.. is one way to test the market.
it serves them both ways in clearing stops and creating a 'tail' where the market can reference for a move higher.
thats the next phase of market dynamics, to create 'tails' down below so confidence builds up..
1524 -25 area was the first stall point after fomc decision.
heres a test:
long 36 TP 46 SL 26....
now my SL should never hit, whereas my TP should hit.

just covered half of my short position for a small gain. I will put it back on if I see weakness. At this point they could ramp it up fast and dont want to take a full loss. This is powerful structure for a move up.
EDIT: just removed all short position for small gain... market trading at 1537. Will wait for confirmation to the downside before getting short again.
