Thank you for recommending oil, I made a bump on the short side.
Yeah.. oil didn't play out like I expected intra-day, what can I say, but to be fair it did go up 3% last night in hours so guess it just got a little over done and wasn't much left for me (for long side) in the morning. I actually ended up trading NQ short, didn't trade CL much since wasn't many great setups. Still going to keep it on my radar and look for setups though.
CL is a completely different animal to trade.. different nuances & characteristics all together..
CL is Nothing like trading Es or NQ.. you need to be very careful with that instrument … can be very rewarding yet very quirky!

I agree that CL is a total different animal beast.
My trading system never seems to be able to produce the same results when I try to test out CL or GC for several times.
This is why I never give out any trading advice for other instruments except NQ.

Right now, 11:23am pst, weekly volume is 94.5% of previous.
Daily is running slightly slower with 88.9%.
... Still over 90 minutes til rth close...
A reminder to all, that ES down volume currently retains dominance (increasing volume) on both daily and weekly.
Caught that IVB/ 10am red rat at 4318 and rode that… as well at that retest of 4283 .. perfect retest of the floor on range… that was an automatic buy….
