on the 3 drives up today: SPY options expiring tomorrow.
1. 286 call traded 23 cents to 70
2. 287 strike - .23-.75
3. 288 strike - .20-.63
I like to pay .15-.30 - these seem to have most leverage / most volume..
Yesterdays selloff. 283 put (exp yesterday) - .18 - 3.50+

hear is the math on the potential profit if you had these 4 consecutive successful trades..starting with $100 and using all monies for the next 3 trades = $52,500 or 525 ROI .being realistic and catching 1/2 of this = 262 ROI...you get the idea here - much can be accomplished..!

Target 2807.5

Might add some on correction.
Let's see.

Not going down fast ...
Might be nothing.

How much of the 52,500 did you capture?

I'm in the study phase on these while trading MES..as far as leverage nothing matches this...
I'll begin live with SPY options next 2-4 weeks will let u know.. I do think it makes sense at first to use only a %, not all of profits rolling forward. Have you made any live SPY option trades (buying not writing)- you said studying - would love to know your opinion..I imagine you could have quite a month using these / compared to ES..

FOR me thinking starting with $100-200 makes sense..even though 3 years ago I made some successful SPY option daytrades..in fact in one 2 week period I had 7 consecutive winners...this was when they only had Fri expiry and was spending about $100 per option ..
