A little early, still holding. Seasonal month end trade I have been studying and back testing. Sell off last Friday, three days before month end was the first trigger. Article behind the idea.

Was too early on my long yesterday... ohh well. I had a 2 hour flight and missed the entry again.

I still believe that we will see a sell off down to 2740 before we head to new highs. I may position short tomorrow. We will see how it reacts to the distribution from July 25- 27.

Pretty much as expected. Fairly sure we will stay above 2830 for the remainder of this session. Should be limited (if any) upside also.

Bailed out on the close, obviously wrong here. Was a loss of 12 points.

Once again now, just 21 pts from the all time high. I remain long here absent any evidence to be otherwise short.

When someone says they are bearish, they are implying that they feel future prices will decline. --When a bar is declared to be bearish it is inferred that it means lower prices to come. Thus a down bar is not necessarily a bearish bar.

I continue to believe this.
