Back from the pub and assessing todays damage! lol.
Down $1800 with the NQ and a few other instruments.
I actually was in a new chatroom tody though and taking the 'calls' of the 'head traders' in the room, and they have helped bail me out with some very nice stock picks indeed. Don't know how they do it. It's voice activated and you can see their screen, too.
Need to get the direction right on the NQ tomorrow! Don't like relying on others much
GC and 6E stopped me out an unbelievable number of times today! 8I had 24 losing trades in a row! A mix of long and shorts. just kept taking my stops no matter what I did. I think they were watching me, lol

Anyione use linear regression?
THeres loads of guys in thsi trade2win thread who are all apparently killing it day after day making hundreds of pips with ease. Their charts are covered in squiggly linear regression lines and you can hardly see the pfice, tbut they seem to make it work!

If you have no trading plan, perhaps you should limit yourself to one instrument until you are justifiably confident in your trades.

Or, better yet, stop trading until you have a plan to trade with.

I enjoyed putting on the demonstration today of the thought process that leads to filtering out the short signals from being taken with abandon in an uptrend. It's best over the long haul to only take the trades in the direction of the trend as was indicated when I called the long signal today. When in an uptrend, your best opportunity for a reversal is when all 3 time frames agree on downside reversal. In this case, the 1,5,and 15. But it could easily be daily, weekly, monthly. Caution is always the word of the day with risk being no more than 2% of TLNW on any one trade/idea.
