ES Journal - 2015

slow grind up from 2064 here. Not the kind of long trade I want to get behind. If it continues up from here so be it, but not my cup of tea.

IMO, this is typical trend day lunch hour(s): but as a trend day, the highest odds are that ES at the very least tests the AM high (pot double top), but higher odds ES trades above the AM high, and good odds ES closes at or near its HOD.

this is not typical 'lunch day hour'

some serious consideration here, long or short

This is what you want to argue about? lol Listen - go back and find 100 days where the SP-500 gapped open higher, did not close the gap that morning, and closed at its high. Then look at what traders tended to do in the middle of the day.

Then find 100 stocks that have done the same thing. This is so typical that you sound like and idiot for denying it. Again, this doesn't mean that I am right and that price is going to BO of the lunchtime range and close at it highs. But, if it does not, that will, imo, be atypical.

One may also want to look at the ON activity on the 12th/13th.
