Not mad really, but honestly, you must admit what a f-d up market we are trading. New lows to new highs in 20 minutes? C'mon, man. I know it doesn't matter "why," but is this news related? What would possess people to buy so aggressively with no impetus to do so? 37K contracts trade in 1 minute? C'mon, man. C'mon.

I don't think it's "trend line traders" per se as there really aren't enough of those left to move markets as they once did. Rather, I suspect it's the way the algos are programmed.

Ammo, I used to think this, as well. The thing is, we're not all looking at "the same thing." A lot of the trendlines I see develop emerge organically before a critical mass of traders would be able to notice them.

Really, the way they fall into place now, seems like algorithmic footprints.

Later tonight, I'll post screengrabs of today's "micro-trendlines." I'll be interested to know you're take on them.

Somehow, they don't seem "human" to me. But, again, I'll look forward to hearing what y'all think
