In regards to transgender athletes competing on women's teams which has already been found to violate Title IX -- this Biden EO is little more than virtue signalling. I don't know about the ramifications outside of this particular narrow area -- employment, etc.

Feminists have managed to marginalize men in a lot of corporate cultures to advance themselves and put themselves in power. Now, the shoe is on the other foot as so called transgendered women (men who took hormones) are now technically, women. There is no such thing as a transgender girl, it's a made up term. Males, regardless of how they dress, what surgical mutilation they may have had, what hormonal drugs they are taking, are still in fact biologically male and therefore have a physical advantage over female competitors. This is the actual war on women and needs to stop, now.

For the fairness value, maybe divisions in more sports should be divided by competitor size as a replacement shorthand to gender. So a big person competes only against other big persons. Yeah, "male" and "female" was so much easier.
