Why would there be a need to maintain food stamp expenditures at 2009/2010 levels?
The cuts need to approach 50% to match economic reality.
I like the blue apron solution but I’m just amazed how someone who makes their living trading knows so much about food stamps and what people purchase with them. How much of your earnings went towards food stamp programs last year?
I think you are just amazed that other people know more about more things than you do. I know a lot about a lot of things. What does trading have to do with that?
BTW, the way I trade barely takes 2 hours a day if that.
Food stamps are all electronic now on cards you'd never be able to identify. WIC coupons are only for a select group of users inside the food stamp population. WIC is "Woman Infant and Children" and typically only supports things like infant formula, baby food, cereal, and the like.
Hi Tom, it said they simply added eligibility requirements which in itself kicked people off the program. I would think with record employment jobs should be plentiful except perhaps in depressed areas. Many people cant pass simple drug test though.
