Emintrader trading system

Quote from hayman:

I guess that about says it all. I've tested countless systems that performed well over a short duration, but did not over the long haul. I guess everyone has to learn at their own pace. Best of Luck !

People give the guy a break will you.

you want him to do hard work for you,is that why some of you ask for code and twist and turn all questions to get to that.

you got some negative to say,say it to your ......whatever

it is his journal not yours and all you flies not gonna change that.

i am reading couple last pages and it is getting out of hand.

More power to you Emini trader i say :)
don't let this lazy bunch push you around.

Really, all we have to do is forward test.

If people are interested in the system, just start keeping track of what's going on on a daily basis.

I know I am. I guess I could just expect all the posts and results to be 100% accurate.....but do a little leg work and start keeping track of things yourself.

I know I am!

I totally agree with above statements. Emintrader has the full right not to disclose his system, in fact you should be graceful for what he has posted so far. Although I agree if he wishes to use airy terms as ´behavioural analysis´, he could elaborate more on the principles/data he uses, of course without revealing his trading secrets.

Errors aside, Emintraders 5 stocks have yielded a very good result since he started this thread....all I hope that his stocks, regardless of the number, are performing similarly as it would be unfortunate if that is not the case.

We had a couple of weak troughs during this period and his system held up very well. In my opinion, Emintrader has provided a very sound footing for individuals develop a disciplined system.

More power to him as he has made a very worthwhile contribution and you will note that the trolls did not interfere as it was beyond their comprehension:D :D

I don't want to spoil the party here, since I think you're system is actually very good. There is also always the potential to improve a system by for example using principal component analysis vectors instead of the time series data. So these are just preliminary results.

I see that you dabble with principle component analysis. Do you know of any trading analysis tools that provide PCA capability? Or are you using some kind of general analysis tool like Matlab?
