Elite Trader's Biggest Racists

Quote from CoolTraderDude:

My bad...

I was expecting you to quickly point out racism the way everyone else does... Let's face it... That's what the argument would come down to...:D

EDIT: It is rising for black females but falling for black males. It is also falling for white males but stays relatively unchanged for white females.

You started out saying that they're (blacks) incomes were disproportionately hit (during the recession, hinting that they were somewhat targeted) which happens to be true for black males only because black females actually rose in income.

By percentage it's a wash...
I'm not hinting they were "targeted". They're heavily represented in retail and the service sector, the first to go.

Edit: "It is rising for black females but falling for black males." It is? The data I linked to shows real incomes since 1950 more than doubled for "black" males and tripled for females, substantially better growth than for "whites". Maybe I'm reading the table wrong...

If and when I ever start arguing about the continuing existence of racism I'll simply start linking to youtube hidden videos and news investigations which capture it. It's never been easier to prove it still exists. But, I'm not making that argument. :D

Personal opinions and racist talk on one side vs. income inequality on the other.

How would the two be related...? AND what does income equality have to do with the concept of liberalism?

I'll give you a hint... you can be a free country and still have income inequality... In fact, every nation out there has some form of income inequality...

The concept that we all have to be equal in income to be free has nothing to do with real liberal thought.

Read the constitution... Any clause out there that states that all people regardless of race should be equal in income...?

OK but all this is irrelevant now to the argument of racism... See thread title "...Biggest Racists..." I'm moving on. :D

When I'm talking about "inequality" I'm talking about "significant inequality" (and most definitely not wishing for total equality), but the former is faster to type. : )

Oh man all these edits are hard to keep track off...

I was looking at the 2000s data because that's closest to our timeline...

So significant inequality points to what...?

AND why should something be done about it...? (if at all)...

Anyway... got to go...

Later!
