So basically Ricter, are you really happy tonight. The republicans keep the house, the dems the senate and obama in the WH. Nothing changes. How did that work out the last 4 years? Look, the Bush years were awful. I can honestly say that. But can you honestly say the last 4 years was good? Can you? I mean what is it exactly you are rooting for here? Romney was the only guy on the table tonight who had a history of reaching out to the other side. What the fuck are we suppose to do now? Wait for China to call their debt in?

I know the Republicans will be pissed tonight if Romney loses but it will be a blessing in disguise. Your party will finally learn (I hope) that they will never win the Presidency from that far right. Being an Independent voter I could never vote for your party where it currently is but if/ when you finally decide to come back to the middle I could easily give you my vote. Just my two cents, take it for what it's worth.

fiscally they aren't far right enough. if obama wins the next 4 years will determine the type of candidate the GOP has. If things get worse, there will be a real economic conservative running for office.. and it won't be a Rombot who is playing the middle. If things get better we will probably never have a real conservative run again, these shit policies will be here to stay and we won't last long with them.
The GOP will face the fact that the ticket they put up was SO bad, they BOTH lost their HOME states!
