So it is OK for Hamas to perpetually launch rockets from Gaza killing Israeli civilians from locations next to schools, hospitals, and residences? I think not. The proper action is to stop the threat.

Until Hamas is eliminated as a military and governing entity in Gaza there will be no peace.

Hamas can stops the Palestinian casualties immediately by surrendering and stop launching attacks while using civilians as human shields. Hamas does not give a damn about Palestinian civilians.
