All of this is on a continuum. Biden is - at a minimum- a president who comes on tv every other week to justify new 200 million dollar packages to Ukraine and Israel along with language about wartime conditions that justify it. And mixed in with it language from all sorts of military and media types talking about American warships and planes being deployed to conflict zones, and thousands of troops either being deployed or being told that they are standby.
This raises the ire of many americans who want to know why we are protecting the borders of those countries and our people are sleeping on the streets. And it raises the anxiety of many as to what the risks are to going to war with a guy who cannot find his way off the stage. You - as a binary thinker- are able to dismiss it all by saying he is not a wartime president yet. No, he is very much being evaluated as such and based on his own assertions that we need to do unlimited spending due to risks of these wars. Meanwhile American diplomats and military types are threatening war with Iran directly to the Iranians.
Once you have seen Biden endure months/years of hostage holding as Carter had to, you will see what the toll looks like on Biden. You will have some smart arse analysis about how we were never technically at war with them and that will work for you.
The implications for the election will be enormous.
