Trump trial starting tomorrow.
Jury pool overwhelmingly stacked against him.
Dems will have their little fun for a few weeks. The thing that will be fun for the pubs to watch down the road though is that as the prosecution gets deeper into the case there will be a scent in the air that this little sh#t show is not going to work out for them. So, right on schedule like clockwork, the lefty media will start pulling stories out of their arses allegedly showing that one of the juries has a son who wore a Trump hat or the like, and did not disclose it when queried in advance and that poor little Alvin Bragg is the one who is on the wrong side of justice and it is those nasty maga types undermining a fair trial once again.
What are you gonna do. Tards gotta tard.
As an aside, even if Trump convicted this case is such is constructed on a Rube Goldberg theory and there are numerous legal issues to take up on appeal.
Trumps the winner either way on this little mess. He wins if he is acquitted. he wins if he is martyred, and he wins if he goes up on appeal and gets the case rolled out.
In the sheer effort of extreme liberals and progressives plus RINOs to destroy President Donald Trump, they are in effect helping his campaign. Imagine, he has been limited in his campaign events because of all the court hearings, forced to spend huge amounts to defend himself, attacked by extreme liberal media hacks non-stop 24/7 on cable and national TV and yet, he is emerging stronger than ever. He even rolled Never Trumpers/RINO and Democrat candidate in the primaries, Nikki Haley. Nobody wants to be treated unfairly and unjustly as they are doing in making President Donald Trump a martyr. All those sympathy votes are rolling in his side.
Prosecution's star and primary witness is Michael Cohen. A guy who is a known liar and convicted perjurer. What could go wrong there?
The thing that the prosecution has to worry about is that - although the jury pool is overwhelming stacked against Trump- it only takes one juror out of twelve to get a hung jury. And although NYC or Trump voting history indicates that dem/trump voters are 2-1, that also means one third of them are not. Not fun playing russian roulette with two bullets in the six chambers. The statistics are good for Bragg, until they aren't.
And those odds are without even getting into the possibility of a dem juror deciding to follow the law and find that the case is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. You know, the prosecution has to prove that there is no reason that Trump wanted to suppress the Stormy encounter other than for campaign purposes so therefore the hush money was campaign funds. If a dem juror goes off the reservation and says, "well, fucking duh, how bout maybe he did not want his wife to find out" well, there goes that case.
Settling a case is not against the law. I think this case gets thrown out even if a biased juror decides President Donald Trump is guilty. Upon review of higher courts, there is no reason to support these bogus lawsuits.
