Yeah sure, according to that theory Putin moved on Crimea because he perceived Obama to be such a fierce adversary that he had to make his move before massive resistance set in from the Americans.
Heh, try again. Cakewalk by the Russians enabled by the presence of a weak American president. Ditto for the situation in Ukraine.
The Chinese obviously see that Biden has the welcome mat out for Taiwan as well, especially since the Americans are bogged down in Biden's Ukraine disaster resulting from his perceived and actual weakness.

Republicans are stacking in potential VP candidates from South Carolina...ie Haley and Tim Scott.
That poses quite a dilemma for Biden/Jim Clyburn if, for example, Tim Scott is the vp candidate and Biden-Clyburn are planning on owning South Carolina again. They will have to work pretty hard this time around- unlike last time- where Basement Biden just got Clyburn to designate Joe as the "black candidate."

China probably, salivating at attacking Taiwan now. They know that since, Joe Biden is expending a lot of US military weapons stocks and ammo in Ukraine, if the US were to get into a war with China, they will run out of ammo and heavy weapons. China in contrast has been building up its war material weapons and ammo, preparing for war. That is the reality. Even Germany now, is trying to ramp up production of its tanks. With the lag time per NATO being 1.5 years to re-stock its ammo and weapons, the war will be long over when it does get filled.

All of the loose talk about Buttigieg running in 2024 are headed nowhere now, as he continues to add to his non-performance record.
Port of LA backlog scenario: Buttigieg totally, totally missing in action. Fellow Biden administration officials complained that he could not even be located. Then eventually Buttigieg informed them that he was out on three months parental leave and "being a parent is working too."
Delta Airline airport clusterfuck scenario: Buttigieg not to be found.
