I would think at this point- regardless of the outcome of tomorrow's Virginia election- that it would be doubtful that Youngkin would move forward with anything. He needed/needs to see two things to think about running - one is a big victory in VA, and the other is some sign of softening in Trump's polls over the months. Numero two has not happened.
The next and probably last wildcard for Trump to watch out for would be whether Manchin runs on NO LABELS or some variation of that.
I suppose Nikki could grind higher but she is not a wildcard. She is already in the race grinding away. I suppose Desantis too but he feels past tense to most these days.
