%%Strictly a personal perspective...
In my experience, "trying" to eat healthily doesn't cut it. I committed to eating healthily a couple of years ago and ended up seeing my abs for the first time since I was nine years old (over 50 years ago), even though I've always been a "thin" guy. I find that people don't even recognize how MUCH they are eating sugar and (empty) carbohydrates...every time they consume orange juice, white rice, white bread, traditional pasta, a soda here, a cookie there, a candy bar, hot potatoes...and on and on it goes. Once I cut out ALL this stuff, I got my six-pack back WITHOUT having to exercise.
Good + great points.
NOt sure i would exclude orange juice@ all, even though its easy to over do it/LOL
Amazing how much refined sugar + sugar % they inject\jab or force feed in foods now\LOL

NOT a racial statement but my parents , also did not like white bread much
