No trades today. I sprained my neck muscle and am bed ridden. Has this happened to anyone before? It actually sucks I can barely move. I think it was because I slept in a weird position.

I am a side sleeper as well. Doc says it more common to happen with side sleepers. Hows your posture? If you lift your arm up all the way - if its in front of your head it means you have rolling shoulder syndrome. I need to work on my posture.

I am long CI May 160/165/172.5 121 C FLY from 1.24. Its going for 1.15 right now. I am a bit bullish.
