You can't compare trading with $2k at Tradovate with $25k of third party capital. What you're missing is that you will be able to leverage someone else's capital to trade larger size than you would otherwise. In other words, if your system is making money on that additional capital, that means you're making money that you would never be able to make with just your own capital. Yes, you have to pay a split and slightly higher fees, but if you are profitable, who cares because you couldn't have ever made that kind of money on your own.What am I missing here?
For many people, $25k is a lot of money and a great thing to not have to risk their own capital. This might be different in your case, we don't really want to argue that, in which case, you can simply afford risking more than most of our customer base and the product may not be for you.
